Quick and Easy (and Delicious) Farmer’s Market Pasta

I made this quick and easy pasta dish using some Farmer’s Market finds and Trois Petits Cochons Chicken Sausage with Truffles. I cooked the sausage in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and tossed in lots of garlic, Shushan Valley Hydro Farm Tomatoes and Basil, and some Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes from Whole Foods. Once removed from heat I added Baby Arugala from S&SO Farms, and Chevre from Lynnhaven Farms, and put the whole mixture over Whole Wheat Pasta from Knoll Krest, and topped with lots of crushed red pepper. Yum!
